Premenopause​

This service is designed for women aged under 40 who still have regular menstrual cycles and have not yet experienced the first symptoms of perimenopause.

Menopause isn’t a game of hide-and-seek you can win by closing your eyes and counting to ten-it’s coming, whether you’re ready or not!

To ensure you experience it with greater peace of mind, it’s important to face it head-on. This is the best way to prepare yourself and take concrete actions BEFORE you find yourself in the midst of it.

Perimenopause

Are you beginning to notice changes in your menstrual cycle or experiencing early symptoms? You may be entering the transition to menopause. Whether officially confirmed by a blood test or not, the decline in estrogen and progesterone levels can lead to discomfort that’s hard to ignore. While some experience mild symptoms, others find them debilitating. It’s crucial to navigate this period calmly, which can last anywhere from a few years to up to 15 years.

Fortunately, with the right tools, you have the power to chase them away and make room for wiser words.

2. Name the saboteur responsible precisely.
3. Take specific actions to reduce the saboteur’s response and enable the SAGE to respond.
